The easiest way to get some pictures up without having to resize them would be to stick them in the Tyresmoke gallery.

If you click here you will see there are some albums that are ready to add some photos. You can tell which ones they are as there is a box with "No Highlight" in the box. Click on one of these and you will see a message saying [Hey! Add some photos]. Click on this and you will be presented with a window that will allow you to add some photos to that album.

In that window click on the "form" box at the top of the window. Select the number of pictures you would like to upload, say 5 for example, and leave the meta data files to 0.

Click on the browse button which will prompt you to point to where your photos are kept on your PC's hard drive. Select the first photo you want to add and add a caption if you require (Optional). Repeat until you have your 5 photos and then click "upload now" at the bottom of the page.

This should begin to upload from your Pc the photos you selected and add them to that album.

Once you have done this and the files have been uploaded click "dismiss"

You should now have 5 photos in an album.

You don't have to worry about resizing them as the gallery will resize the thumbnails to an acceptable size.

To link your pictures in a post, right click the image you are viewing and select porperties. Select the whole of the url (ie. http://www.tyresmoke.net/albums/album118/A4_2_Small_Small_Small_Small.jpg) and then press ctrl+c. This will cut the URL of your picture.

Edit or create your post and click on the "image" text on the right hand side of your posting window next to the font colors. A window will appear and you should place your cursor in the bar and press ctrl+v. This will paste the url of the picture you were viewing. Click on ok and when you view your post it should have the image of your picture you were viewing......

Hope this helps. If not just ask again.
