stratty31 Posted October 25, 2005 Report Share Posted October 25, 2005 if the water pump is leaking when the car is stationary, and the engine off..then it will probably be 10 times worse when the engine's running!!!. I would not advise it's driven ..it really depends on the amount of water loss..if it drips occasionally then it would be drivable to a garage, but keep a close eye on the temp guage. If it's not leaking at all, but overheats only when driving this is another symptom of a faulty water pump..again proceed with caution!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
