danksy
Not sure if my router has gone down the tubes, but I am having trouble pinging IP addresses as well as being able to download any information across the net. I can see the IP address allocated to me, but nothing is getting through, all firewalls have been switched off for now, but still not working! I'm using dialup backup now, but can't see anything on their technical support about their network status

danksy
All sorted now Think I had the wrong DNS setup in my router. Bizzarre though since they have been in there from day 1 without any problems. New DNS input and it seems to be working... Oh and my neighbour has encrypted his network now It took me ages to work out how I was getting net access without having the router properly configured when I first bought it
