Hudson
Hi, Without a picture it is difficult to give accurate advice but i have had a few '' instances '' of scum bags doing the same. Often T cut is just not good enough, nice to cut back dull paintwork but not much else. I would recommend a good cutting compound that can be put on by hand. I use Farecla G3, and if it is really tought then G6. They both come in paste form and full instuctions are with them. You can get them from most paint body suppliers (forget hellfords etc). I have removed many a nasty looking scratch/mark from my car. Although if it has gone through the top coat and paint down to the metal (or in this case the resin) the cutting compound will only diminish it not remove it, adding paint is the only sure fire way to repair items like this. Good luck.
