Anyway, the bumbers done and they have done a cracking job, whole bumper stipped an repainted, no masking at all. Know this for cert as I had 2 scapes on the underside off those one way metal spikes on the exit from the local skip, these are now gone. Negociated a 10% discount on parts, £30 reduction on labour for the service, Tyres at cost and no labour to fit/balance. Overall very satisfied. Until!!!! checked alloys for marks on saturday morning, big scratch on one of them Rang dealer and have arranged for them to repair wheel free of charge using there wheel repairers. at the same time they will do my kerbed one for £40 Sounds like a good deal as long as they look ok when done. I know in a perfect world they shouldn't have made a mess in the first place but........ sorting it out counts for a lot. My dealer has failed to fix a creak on the dash (well, they sorted the creak by the stereo and then the dash started!) and its driving me nuts - so they are picking it up and having it back again. [/ QUOTE ] I think a lot has to do with your attidude, i'm not one for ranting and raving, it happened, they put it right and it was an acceptable result on both sides. It also means I can go back there without possibly being embarrassed about things said in the "heat of the moment".
