engine squeak

Right i've read the post on the hamster wheel thing but thought i would describe mine to see whether it is the same thing or something different

Whith the engine running there is a very slight high pitched squeak when I press the clutch in the noise drops in pitch and less noticeable,

What does everyone thing?
