Bungle
That Blue Graphite looks just Great. Subtle, and hopefully easier to keep clean than Black. Is it a new colour for the Gti because I havent seen many (any at all on the road) in that Colour ??

Snoopy
The Graphite Blue does look very nice in your photos. It is another one of them colours that changes colour depending on the light. So much so that in some lights and photos it even looks like shadow blue can. I must say you have took some great photos as i know exactly how hard it is to make graphite look right in photos compared to how it looks in real life. Its one of them colours that does not seem to photograph very well.
silentandy
Graphite blue is definitely one you have to see in the flesh to appreciate it best, but those pics are the best I've seen of it Out to the kerbed alloy though
Ken1
no paint protection , don't think that;s available in Ireland.
Ken1
Snoppy, Many thanks for the compliments , I think I was lucky with the photos , it was a really nice day last Sunday . It really is a nice colour though and get great effect in the sunlight . I had blue antracite pearl on my mark IV and that was similar only a bit more grey in it. The only draw back is that those colour IMO look very bland unless they are shinny. But overall I am really happy with the choice and have been meaning to get some pics for ages !
