If it side to side you are after to balance things up then you can loosen and shift the sub-frame. If you are after normal adjustment then all you have is the amount of movement there is on the top mount bolts. You can get adjustable top links made up but they are way to pricey for any normal road car. I suppose if you are keen enough you could make the inner top link mounting bolt hole oval and get a bit of movement there but it will probably screw up the caster and the effective variable king-pin angles. The axis on which the wheel turns is not a true pivot it is a moving axis which is what give it a bit better turn-in but could be easy to screw up.
