Back on the original topic.... lowered suspension.......... your suspension looks well low........ my driveway is steep and if you tried to get a car aslow as yours up it, the bumper would be ripped clean off! how comes you havent got 18" `s? Mo-S3 Posted July 10, 2003 Author Report Share Posted July 10, 2003 Well ive manged to drive up and down some pretty steep slopes with my bumper fully intact !! 18" RSTT's are a bit too common on A3's and S3's i didnt feel it was neccesary to 'waste' money on replacing a round item with another round item. Riz Posted July 10, 2003 Report Share Posted July 10, 2003 True, but wouldnt you not need to raise the suspension? i think 18"`s would look better, RSTT`s are common now but when i got my S3 they were only on the TT S-Lines and imported S3`s I bet it really goes on track days handling should be ace......... do you get any rear-end slippage whilest powering thru corners? Mo-S3 Posted July 10, 2003 Author Report Share Posted July 10, 2003 I mentioned earlier that i think that the suspension will need to be raised slightly but not too much though. Handling has been radically transformed and does handle superbly on the corners.
