I've had a unit in my wife's A3 for nearly a year which is faulty (the one in my Touareg works fine) and still can't get Dension to reply to ANY of my emails. They're complete tossers in my book. A lot of companies are running to such fine profit margins that something has to give and it's usually customer service. If I have a problem with a company I visit them in person or telephone them direct. If that fails then I contact them via letter, sent recorded delivery so they can't claim to not have received it.
