jediknight83
i wasnt really expecting people to travel miles and miles to cambridge... but i wondered if anyone was already in the area..... also it wont look like a library image as i will be in the pictures with my van, cleaning the actual car. having listened to the comments from the others, i now see the value of having pictures of a mix of cars on the site. although i would still like the college shot as my main image. Chris_B
I could probably get you a few Audis in Lincoln, could quickly set up near the cathedral and take some snaps before getting in trouble with the local parking wardens!
pingpongpo
You can come and clean my golf if you want. I work in Bury so not that far from you!! However my diesel is a little bit far from your Aston £10 for your exterior 1 is a bargain considering some of the oiks around here want that to do it with washing up liquid. Not that I let them near it.....
pingpongpo
Saying that, £40 for the lot seems quite cheap as well!! How far do you travel?
jediknight83
I only travel within cambridge or the surrounding villages at the moment. I feel the price list is fair at the moment seeing as im only using my 5 years of experience from cleaning my own cars. Once i have completed the autoglym course i will be making contact with swissol and will then look at expanding my range of valets to include swissol products and techniques. As all of this takes place and i feel my service begins to distinguish itself from other valeters out there i may reconsider my price list. thanks for the offer of audi's but lincoln is a long way to travel. from my previous audi ownership and being friends with the sales manager at cambridge audi i should be able to get those type of cars closer to home. TonyD
[ QUOTE ] Hi there I have been a member on here for a while and have previously arranged a couple of rolling road events and am regularly organising karting events for forum members I have recently set up a new business called Cambridge Autogleam. Its a mobile valeting service aimed at owners of high end cars and also enthusiast owners who are more particular about who touches their car. I am in the process of finishing my website and at present just have a script loading random pictures in the header. What i would like though is to be able to do a photoshoot of me cleaning a high end car infront of one of Cambridge's most famous backdrops... Kings College Chapel (Picture of the Chapel) and use a selection of photos from this shoot for the header image of my site. This is hopefully where some friendly car owner from here could come in.....? I would love to have an Aston Martin but would be equally happy with any well respected high end car. What can i offer in return?? well... not much really... im hoping to just appeal to peoples better nature and hopefully someone out there who loves cars as much as myself would be up for this. I would of course be more than happy to fully valet the car for no charge at any time and i would make a copy of all the pictures available to the owner of the car. Number plates would not be displayed on the site either. SO..... if anyone around the cambridge area is even remotely interested in helping out please just drop me a reply or a PM Thanks Nathan Willits Cambridge Autogleam [/ QUOTE ] Hi Nathan. I live in Cambridge and I know some people around here with some nice motors..... if you're still stuck for help with your pic in front of Kings College I might be able to appeal to them to help you out. Regards Tony.

Pincher
Don't be sorry - it wasn't an Order, just a suggestion Jedi may be more than happy to talk about it. After all, it's an interesting (ad)venture.
