wot you think off the pipercross viper kit cold air feed etc does it nacker ya sensers also does it sound good like ya normal k&n etc cheers

The air box is not the restriction, and is good for 350 bhp ish.

Under bonnet temps are high with the turbo 1.8T lump let alone when you get it remapped, and with the standard twin intercoolers in place there is next to no room for any extra cold air feed to the filter.

Oily filters have been blamed in the past for gunking up the MAF sensor on the exit of the current airbox pipework, but the verdict is still out if they are to blame, as MAF's can fail with oem filters anyway.

I do like the GruppeM carbon fibre one, but the price tag is extortionate, but its the only thing I would have under my bonnet thats not OEM and doesnt look crap!
