AsifG Posted April 26, 2006 Report Share Posted April 26, 2006 Hi All, My 2005 GTI is quite noisy when it's just ticking over. It makes a 'tappety' sound (a bit like the rattle that you get from a diesel, only not as loud!). My Dealer tells me that this is normal and they've compared it to another GTI.
