[Audi A3/S3] Front Grille Removal

hiya, im trying to put my new S3 badge on a Audi 2000 S3, just wondering, does anyone know how to take off the front grille to put this badge on?

unless you have small hands, and dont mind lost skin, and shed blood, grill removal is a bumper off job.

you might manage to get the badge on without grill removal, but your have to have a go to see if its possible.

pop the 4 plastic rivits in the bumpers top edge (under bonnet between headlights) and see if you can get access by flexing bumper forwards.

if you loose the inners of the rivits when you push them through, dont worry they are cheap to buy from audi.

if they have the hollow centres upwards, use a wood screw to pull them out, rather than pushing them through.
