A8 Headrest access - How do I remove seat back ?

Hi

I had headrest monitors fitted recently and a fine job they are too.

Just lifted my headrest using the electrical adjustment and the monitor has gone off, now i can take it back but will have to wait a week and a long round trip. I remember the monitor had a small round plug that fitted down the headrest tube and my bet is that this is pulled off when i raised the headrest, how easy is it to get into the seat? How does the hard plastic backing come off (the back of the seat where the rear passengers knees would be) and if i get it off will i get access into the back of the seat?

i have a D3 2004 A8.
