[Audi A3/S3] S3 gear change issue

Hi, new to forum and new to audi's. Brought my first audi last week, a 2000 x reg S3. should have done it years ago well happy with it. can't believe the grip levels and goes rather well. it has had a jabbasport remap and a bailey diverter valve fitted. Anyway, question i would like to ask is, once i have changed gear up and lift off of clutch, it seems to snatch rather than be smooth. the faster u go the smoother the gear change. is this normal or do i have a clutch/ clutch release bearing problem. car has done 65k.
