winrya
increased at the last budget. Have to say you must have been very close to the higher bracket which is £225 because my gti falls into the £190 bracket which must be much lower CO2 to the 3.2?? NewNiceMrMe
Band F, £190, is the highest unless your car was registered after 23rd March 2006. In that event, Band G comes into effort (CO2 = 225) and the higher rate moves to £210 per annum. The 6 would be that band, if it wasn't for the fact it was registered in July 2005. So even if your car falls into the higher band (G) you'll not have to pay full rate until you own one registered after 23rd March 2006. I know this because the 6 is due next month. peterb
Ah, I hadn't realised that Band G only applies to cars registered since the budget. I was surprised to find my last rfl was only £190, but this would explain it!
