ltgruber Posted July 31, 2006 Report Share Posted July 31, 2006 Evening all, Can anybody recommend some decent (i.e. Bright) LED bulbs for the brake lights on a new A3. I tried some dual stop/tail lights on my old (style) A3, and though the tail looked ok, the brake light was only minimally brighter so decided against them on safety grounds. Great forum by the way! Not dabbled with Led brake lights yet, as I think they are usually covered by the bulb out warning system and it can be fooled by the lower power consumtion of leds. Ive had them fitted to the rear number plate lights for a year or more and been please with the results. Also thinking about the front sidelights, but we'll see.
