SneakyMcC
It was leaking where the hydraulic line goes into the crank case. Is that the same thing?
DukeDesmo
Maybe not, usually the seal inside the cylinder gives up and dumps all the fluid on the chain, they're not much good (the new ones are better though) maybe it's a line fault, have you tried tightening the connection? SneakyMcC
The man with the spanners says "its a £4 seal". Another common failure apparently

[/ QUOTE ] I thought I'd turn up unexpectedly at Rosso Corse, the folk fixng the Duke. How did I know that they'd have done phuck-all to it yet! Not even taken the fairing off! SneakyMcC
I dropped the bike off to Rosso Coase the other week. Just prior to them closing for a weeks holiday. They were gonna try to strip the mill and order the parts. They never got around to it. In the week that they've been open, only one of the 2 spanner men have been there, so still phuck-all has been done. They were meant to strip it on Fraday (if he had the chance but I doubt he did). I'll give them this week and then I'll have to tell him that I'll get someone else to do it! Or they'll strip'it and then leave it. Trouble is, the hydraulic clutch line blew a seal, so it’ll need fixing just to get it back!

DukeDesmo
Hey it may be a long way for you to travel but you should have taken it to Jeff at GTEC Performance as per my earlier post. But anyway hopefully you'll have it back soon and it'll be worth the wait (and cost!) BTW my offer to 'take it off your hands' still stands....
