The Ovation 8 used to retail in USA for about $5000. It was sold here for about £5000. It has a automatic set-up via the supplied microphone. It can decode DTS, Dolby Digital, Pro Logic, HDCD, MPEG Audio and Cineq (Re-Eq). Its better than the Proceed AVP 1 & 2, Lexicon MC4 Comes with the rare SRC-2000 remote control. And instructions. There is a company in the USA (Noble Electronics) that can upgrade it (far too many upgrades to list!!) This is probably the best processor at playing 2 channel music!!!!
