Atomic
Playing EVE at the moment. Bought it last Xmas but wasnt initially impressed. It seems to have matured a lot more now Sadly though it's the only space based sim I've ever played which doesnt have a first person view.

SamD
Massively-Multiplayer On-line Roleplaying Game. From Wikipedia [ QUOTE ] A Massively-Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (MMORPG) is an online computer role-playing game (RPG) in which a large number of players interact with one another in a virtual world. As in all RPGs, players assume the role of a fictional character (traditionally in a fantasy setting) and take control over many of that character's actions. MMORPGs are distinguished from single-player or small multi-player RPGs by the game's persistent world, usually hosted by the game's publisher, which continues to exist and evolve while the player is away from the game. Atomic
It's pretty much a abused term though... not much role playing goes on. As such it should really be a MMOG in most cases (eg. no Role Playing).
