Mine has started to sag and has something stuck underneath it. (6 months old and 5000 miles) I`ve taken it to my local dealer who told me that trim problems are a sticky issue with VW on the warrenty side. (not inpressed) You think that you spend 24k on are car and they are prepared to argue about issues I`m waiting for a reply to see if they are prepared to do anything or its time to talk with VW UK Direct.
