Winter ON console button on MkV GTDI w/DSG

Hi guys, MkV R32 owner looking for some help.

I'm planning on fitting the gen2 haldex controller to my R32 which allow me to select the mode of operation for the 4wd system (normal/sport) via a switch.

The current switch offering is a bit naff (aftermarket tak), so I was hoping to use one of the blank slots next to the ESP/Tyre Pressure Warning buttons just in from the the gearstick. I've been told that the MkV GTDI with DSG has an additional button there, which the R32 does not have, this is marked W-ON (Winter On switch for DSG box).

Anyways, I popped up to my local dealers parts shop today hoping to source one of these. After 20mins of looking on his computer, the said switch/buttons part no could not be found. The guy behind the desk suggested that if I could get a hold of the chassis no. or registration plate no. of a GTDI with this switch fitted he should be able to find the part no.

If anyone can help, I would be very grateful.
