Had to just leave it and eventually the nail falls away. When it comes off, the black stuff can be cleaned away leaving a rather exposed nail-less toe end. [/ QUOTE ] I went for a long walk today and now the manky toe hurts more!!! I want it to fall off. The nail. If i don't have a toe nail is that really really bad?
