darrenrob Posted April 5, 2007 Report Share Posted April 5, 2007 hope somebody can help,mk1 tuscan w reg 4.0 speed 6 recently serviced by local dealer,but when driving home i noticed the engine rattled.the vehicle went back to the dealer for them to take bloody ages to tell me that there were some fingers? on the cam worn and had to be replaced as it was beyond shimming. this they did only for the noise to still be there. they kindly tell me that the engine needs to boxed up and shipped off as they dont know what it is and price starts at £2000.where do i stand with this problem and does any body have any ideas, any help would be appreciated. darren Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
