And the reports suggest it is a huge improvement over the old one. I read a group test in a proper 4x4 magazine that gave the ML500 the plaudits over an RR Sport and a Cayenne. J_C Posted April 11, 2007 Report Share Posted April 11, 2007 I spent a considerable amount of time in one of these whilst stuck in a motorway traffic jam in Denmark a while ago. The interior quality is very poor IMO. The driver (it was a taxi) had spent the previous two years in an Avantgarde E Class estate and was a big Merc fan, and he agreed and said that he was very disappointed with it. [/ QUOTE ] Shame, they looked awesome out in NY when i saw them about 7 yrs ago, not sure what they did to them for the UK market, they look clumsy and awkward to me!
