apples Posted August 1, 2007 Report Share Posted August 1, 2007 which is the easiest way to test my alarm? i switched the alarm on with window slightly down put my hand in hoping the sensors would detect but nothing? should it have went off? kite Posted August 2, 2007 Report Share Posted August 2, 2007 Yes the alarm should go off,providing you haven't turned off the inside sensors. I had this on a Mk4 golf, under warrenty the dealer changed the sensors and the switch before deciding it was a problem with the loom.....6 week wait for the part to come from germany Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
