Have you tried Paul Baileys in Bicnacre (near chelmsford) as i persume your essex ways, iirc avs service was about £189 or there abouts and 12 month slightly less, o yeah and great down to earth service everytime

also seen an old style rolls royce in central london a few times with plate '007'

back on topic, am in the same situation about brakes i think either black diamond discs and pads all round or stoptech do the same setup for a bit more but have not seen just discs talked about before, but know their big brake kits are good but also big money, any advice anyone?

I think it does take it off avs as it resets to 12000 miles dont know if avs reset can be done but again surely if this garage can service gt then why cant they reset it?

another noggy here, just thought i'd share that

just in case you cant find it with engine off hold right button on dis in and turn ignition on and service light comes on then push and hold left button and service will reset usualy for 12000miles hope this helps and good choice in car and good luck with it

try directline they have always done the best price for me closely followed by elephant, i just paid £650 with 5 yrs ncb and 3 points on my 01 s3 and i'm 23 so not bad if i say so considering some still quote about 3K

happy new year to all , just a quick one really as i'll soon be getting new brakes and will probaly will get boxster calipers and new discs but just realised today that the vw touareg has solid calipers like the porsche's and was wondering if anyone knew any specs on them and wether they would fit on a s3 and or if they're the same as the porsche cayenne any info much appreciated
