  1. Was thinking about buying this game after playing the demo. Does anyone on here play this? Is it still busy and decent/worth buying? Also looked at FF11. Quite fancy an online RPG for the XBox 360. Any other recommendations would be appreciated.

What a feckin joke. It's just complete exploitation of Global Warming. "How can we get more money out of these fools....?"
  3. [ QUOTE ] The only official wireless adapter is the Microsoft jobbie. You can use gaming adapters, they do exactly the same job, but most are a bit of a pain to set up. I've been wireless gaming for the past 3 years, on both xbox, xbox 360, and PC, and the only lag i get is down to broadband issues, rather than wireless. [/ QUOTE ] Okay, cheers for that mate. Just when I went into the shop the guy told me that I would get lag.....funnily enough just after he realised that he was out of stock on the Microsoft wireless adapters!
  4. Does anyone here play XBox Live with a wireless connection? If so, how is it? I went to buy a wireless connection for mine the other day but the chap in the shop said that I would probably experience lag if I went down that route. If anyone can tell me how they get on with wireless it would be appreciated. Also what's the best wireless receiver to buy (if there is more than 1)? Cheers.
  5. It seems the swear filter on this site designed to make the poster sound feminine. Test: poo feck fecker feckin b*****d mac co** s***e arse
  6. [ QUOTE ] thought of an mx5 but the girlfriend does not like them at all... i would not mind getting a loan and buying an s2000 but again she does not like them ! may be temted with an S1 elise but may be hard to live with.. [/ QUOTE ] Get an MX-5 and a new girlfriend.....she sounds too fussy - especially if you're paying for it
  7. I was given a bloody Mazda Demio as a courtesy car when my car was in getting work done on it. Basically a bit of tin on wheels. Was a total embarrassment.
  8. Nah, I work in IT. Just been doing some quotes recently and dreaded paying the insurance on my car after a little time of no driving due to the DVLA holding my licence. Most competitive quote I got was Admiral and then I got another £200+ off just for adding my parents (who will not drive the car much at all.....if ever.
  9. Check out Admiral. Was recently doing some insurance quotes and thought I would share some findings with the posters on here. I don't have the cleanest licence, with 3 convictions and am 25 and I was looking at quotations on group 17 vehicles. I did a quote via confused.com and Admiral returned a reasonable quote circa £950. I went on to their site and did the same quotation, but added my mum and dad, both no claims or convictions and held a licence for over 15 years. When I requoted the insurance premium was reduced to about £730 for the year. I tried this on a few other sites and adding named drivers that were a safer risk than me didn't affect the premium much. I'm maybe telling you something you already know here but if you are a younger driver, or have claims/convictions that are making your premium hellish, try Admiral and add drivers who have held their licence for a while and it's clean! Cheers
  10. Cheers mate, will check that out when I get home from work, can't access most forums from work due to the filter. Don't know why this site works.....maybe because the word forum doesn't actually appear in the address!
  11. Hi there, First time poster here. Just bought my first Honda, a Civic Type-R (55 plate) and pick it up next Wednesday. Like the new model but think I still prefer the old one (and don't want to fork out an extra £4-5k!). Anyway, was wondering if anyone on here can recommend a good website/place to get Type-R mats? Sorry if this topic is covered elsewhere or has been done before.....I've had a look about the site. Cheers
