S3Bangs
Get to that point in driving where you feel and know you've hit the 'sweet spot' of the car you're driving? Coming to work this morning, everything just seemed perfect! Temperature was 4°C, throttle response was instant, milltek roaring, I honestly have to say, the R32 for what it's worth is a fantastic piece of machinery At one point I put my foot down which is quite rare (speeding up from about 40 - 70 on the M25) and I had a total head rush! I actually said to myself while grinning.. Flippin Heck!! God I love this car..
burble
Yes! On the way home from work last night the twisty B roads were quiet so I shoved the DSG box into 'manual' and had a nice spirited drive home. I took a detour through the forest as the Milltek sounds sublime going through there.
Mattchaps
Yep, here too! Last night after I dropped a couple of mates off, driving back home I gave it some down a dual carriage way... wow, she certainly knows how to put a smile on my face

BrakeSnake
Driving from Derbyshire to Peterborough last week on the Melton Mowbray roads, crisp frosty morning, gaps in the traffic to overtake the "i'll do 40mph in a national speed limit single lane carriageway brigade, 'cos i my brain can't work if i go any faster...." brigade... Had a fantastic drive, and even went the long way around on the way back. Sat there all smug, thinking how much i love this car over anything else i've ever owned. Best bit was I averaged 27mpg for the whole trip, and i wasn't going sedately... I've been trying to manage my drive using as little brakes as pos and making things as smooth as pos (not that easy with other cars around), whilst still getting up to some cracking speeds. Really does give you great pleasure and satisfaction in your driving, especially when it's in my .:R Goes to show, if they want to reduce emissions from cars, they should concentrate on peoples driving techniques to start with and stop putting so many fecking traffic lights everywhere, and those infernal wooden posts approaching round abouts off slip roads that stop you seeing what's coming and make you brake to come to a virtual stop before going on... TheEdge
The "R" in R32 is Rock and Roll "There must be some kinda of way outta of here said the joker to the thief" From Dylan To Jimi Hendrix
garcon magnifique
One sweet spot was on a certain road trip last year, when I had to flash an R32 to get the feck out of my way...
