bazza_g Posted March 27, 2008 Report Share Posted March 27, 2008 I'm reinstalling windows on my laptop and need apparently need to 'deauthorize' my account in iTunes I can log in and out of my iTunes account with my username and password but when I put the exact same details into the deauthorize option I get the error: [ QUOTE ] could not deauthorize this computer because either your user name or password are invalid [/ QUOTE ] any ideas?
