Then found that I couldn't get into itunes store, FFS!! It said that it couldn't get a connection but I could still log onto all other websites. When you download the latest version, for some reason Norton doesnt like the change and blocks any traffic from the itunes website, hence no connection. Went into Norton and then the firewall and unchecked block traffic for itunes and hey presto it works. Jez, at this rate I might become an IT consultant. Ho ho ho!!
