Ciavo Posted February 5, 2009 Report Share Posted February 5, 2009 Hi i have a VW Bora 2.3 V5 1999 ( V Reg ) When The Car Is Cold It Starts And Runs Fine When The Temperature Gets In The Middle The Car Just Cuts Out And It Doesn't Want To Start Anymore You Have To Wait Long Hours For It To Start Again And The Same Thing Happens Every Time. cruiser647 Posted February 5, 2009 Report Share Posted February 5, 2009 Hi! Those V5's make a mighty fine sound! It could just be a faulty temperature sender. It does not register when the car is warm and floods the engine? Might also be worth cleaning the air intake/manifold and air temperature sensor/resistor?
