Two questions really, anyone else here tow with a cab? it should be fine I would think with 3.2 & Quattro, and can you get the factory tow bar retro fitted by dealers? Chav Posted March 28, 2009 Report Share Posted March 28, 2009 nice mate. been looking at boats for a few months now too. something for waterskiing and messing about it. got a quote of £580 for removable towbar! not oem, but same thing. and completely hidden when not in use and with all electrics etc. whats the engine on your boat? and is that your jetty? - very nice!! Independent company detachable towbar, requires bumper cut but not visible for £425. Audi 1000+vat for detachable towbar with visible bumper cut. Hi Chav... haha, no, not my jetty. Boat is a Searay 185 sport with a 4.3 V6 Mercruiser. Theres some mega bargains out there... Can you remember what make the towbar was?
