theduisbergkid
I'm talking lowest standards of driver skill, coupled with highest risk of death.... In Europe, I reckon Greece takes some beating, although Milan in the rush hour is not to be sniffed at, nor Paris on a moped. Worldwide, I recall sh1tting myself in Iran, but China takes the award. A mixture of modern cars and modern roads, coupled with dirt tracks, potholes the size of a house, home-made 'cars' built from pallets and mopeds, and a sprinking of donkeys pulling carts. All sharing the same roads and in a mad rush to get somewhere yesterday at all costs. Strange, but I would love to go again, despite this kind of stuff :
Torino101
No contest for me - Lagos, Nigeria. - Make India look like the model of sanity. Lagos has about 3 traffic lights in the entire city otherwise it is just free for all...... Fecking Nuts!

burble
Mozambique was pretty exciting at times - there's no real concept of which side of the road you should drive on etc so it's a free for all. For the most part it does seem to work though.
Tipex
Among my worst experiences would be India, but surprisingly the worst place I've ever driven is Sicily, now rome is bad enough, but there is a reason why none of the cars in Sicily have wing mirrors on them and the taxi drivers tell you to keep your hands/arms inside the car and not lean out. Some of the roads are so narrow the cars are separated by millimeters, and do you think they slow down to pass each other? do they feck!
redrob
Its gotta be Egypt for me, whilst on a coach journey to the pyamids we passed an open backed Ford transit doing 50mph up a dual carriageway with a young lad of about 10 - 12 on the back holding 2 fully grown cows, can you imagine one of them on your bonnet. bazza_g
I'd agree with Cairo - 20M people living in one city its bound to make things interesting on the roads. Nairobi in Kenya has virtually no road rules I could observe, even when the pavements (such as they were) were being used for over/undertaking....! motormaniac
I've been to Cairo and that was pretty scary, but India looks even worse from some of the TV clips I've seen.

Taxi drivers eh, lots of unaccountable cash intake, money changing hands all the time with no records! Cabbies, Gangsters,
