It's got a built in screen that lifts up if you've got dogs - or kids - in the boot. Never used with dogs or kids in the boot though It's in as-new condition and it's black. Looks like this one: And similar to this A6 one when it's installed in the car with the guard thing up. Audi part number is 8E9 863 553 94H (now superceded by a newer part number, which is actually exactly the same thing 8E9 863 553A 94H). The eye-watering price for one of these new from your Audi dealer is £369. Yours for £150 plus courier delivery or collection. Courier will be about £15, as it's quite heavy.
