MrAvant
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!! Well just over the last week have had a couple of issues and now to find yesterday that there is a small puddle of water in the drivers footwell. All the posts i have read usually mention the passengers footwell problems but not drivers. Can anyone shed some light
Calm Chris
Check the door seal inch by inch (pressing down with thumb) for any obvious damage, wear, tear or not seated correctly.
MrAvant
Thanks. I had a good look around this morning (perfect way to spend the New Years morning). I think as i was jet washing it yesterday, after all the snow we had, i did point the jet underneath the car. Just underneath the drivers footwell is a slot cut out with 2 metal pipes running, so what i hope thats happend is that it may have come from there from the force. I have tried to dry it out as much as possible and will keep an eye on it.
Nelson_R32
Are you sure it's not melted snow from last week? My drivers footwell was absolutely drenched from melted snow last week. Had to invest in some rubber mats.
maersk
Ah yes, the rubbers. Always put them in from November to March..................
MrAvant
I initially thought it could have been the snow but i already had the rubber mats down. Its funny because its a round patch in the middle and all the other sides are dry...
