Wanted : Audi Iphone 4s Phone Prep

I know people move handsets so someone might have one of these knocking about, we had a blackberry one knocking around for ages following an upgrade, so before I go out to the murky world of Ebay.....

I am after the insert which attaches to the pre installed phone prep in the arm rest - for an '08 Audi A4:

So looking for something that looks like this bit:

No idea on part numbers either, which alone would help my search on ebay...

Any help or pointers greatly appreciated!
