JonC
Just caught up with the MotoGP (being ill has it's benefits). Great weekend for Ducati. From the front row, those Desmos had the M1s' from early on. Fast track. Suited the Dukes. Great viewing.
burble
A great weekend for Iannone, I'm guessing Dovi felt a bit sick. Predictions for Brno? Lorenzo for pole and win I think. This track suits him and he seems to have his head sorted out. There's the possibility of

burble
Um, yeah, so about that Lorenzo win... Seems his head has gone again. A shame as I was hoping for a title fight you may as well had it to Marquez now if Lorenzo is going to pussy about when it's wet. A great, great result for Cal Crutchlow. Not a result I thought I'd ever see but he won that race on merit today. How on earth Iannone finished the race with a front tyre that shredded is beyond me. That could have let go at any moment. JonC
Bugger. I knew I shouldn't have looked at this and Busby's post. Will catch up with Brno tomorrow. Sounds like it's going to be compelling viewing.

burble
I expect the edge grip on the right hand side was a bit compromised.
JonC
That is pretty shredded! Takes some skill that. Fair play Iannone
JonC
Just caught up with the race. Where the hell was Lorenzo and what the hell was he playing at? I thought Keith's comment about him be a diva was both hilarious and spot on! Redding was superb amongst the two factory Dukes (until the tyres did him in). Awesome result for Cal - he played an utter blinder. Good race, great result, particularly for Marquez. A 3rd Elite win maybe on...
Cuprabob
My money is on Cal following up this momentous result by throwing it at the scenery at Silverstone...
JonC
....again. I'd love any of our 3 riders to take the win, but outwith that, it would make for a juicer championship if Lorenzo got back on form. Now Rossi has taken 3rd in the standings, surely that's got to drive him on for a win on the 4th.
Scotty
Is Lorenzo off form? He's always been crap* in the wet. * - relatively speaking of course. Actually my mates and I were looking at their Brno wet lap times and our hot sunny dry times. They were still 15-20secs a lap faster .... although I must stress it is a long lap Edited August 25, 2016 by Scotty
burble
Lorenzo has never been known as a wet weather rider but he's seemingly incapable of riding in the rain now. I'm sure I read that he has no confidence in the tyres so his corner entry and apex speeds and very low.

No, but clearly frustrated over the coming in to change to the slick bike before reverting to the wet set up. A poorly executed tyre regime in reality. Should have stuck to hard front!
