You have to face it head on though.. just get on with your life, and try your best to get rid of the memories and replace them with new ones. I know it's tough though.. it's been over a year since I broke up with my g/f.. and I'm still getting those moments. Hang in there.. you'll be fine! When you track her down she will be impressed you did a bit of work!!! If you don't you will probably bump into her about 5 years later when you (or her) are married and have a kid by your side and then you will think "I wonder what would have happened if..." If you don't track her down then go to the supermarket - there are heeps of women there!!! Did I tell you how I met my wife? I was flying back from Boston (8years ago now) from a boys skiing holiday and we got onto an earlier flight (so we were not supposed to be on that flight!) and I asked out the trolley dolly, my now wife! and no I am not in the mile high club. That's the shortened version of the story! I have a friend in Ireland with a Yaght called "Just Do It" and that should be your moto!
