jojo Posted February 2, 2005 Report Share Posted February 2, 2005 As some of you may know, I have fitted a set to my S3 with the thought of saving some £££'s and adding some bling that it lacked . However, due to knackered electrics, my car was left in the garage for the best part of a month and I have just noticed some little dots on the chrome finish after a good wash over the weekend, possibly salt damage over the winter months. Now I'm not complaining that these products are crap in any way, just wanted to tell you that these things need to be kept clean on a regular basis, or just buy the genuine Aluminium items for 5x the price - you make your choices. Chav Posted February 2, 2005 Report Share Posted February 2, 2005 that's one thing i was worried about with them... whether the finish was durable enough etc. i need brushed ones for the cab though, and JBR reckon in-pro dont do them, so my choice is audi or nothing.
