benafia
OK, it's a point of detail, but an important one. My '00 1.8T Quattro came de-badged. I want to get the Quattro badge back on the front grille, but you have to remove the bumper to do it. So, I figure why not glue it? There are lots of different plastic glues, the right one will weld it, the wrong won't work at all. Anyone know what might work? cheers MrBen
Simonl
I think it just clips in. if not super glue will hold it. Worked for me when i had an A4 1.8 (Back in the day!)
benafia
Thanks, as you say, it clips in, but you need to get a hand behind the grille... or have very bendy fingers! I'll have a go with superglue. cheers MrBen
Scotty
On my TT I managed by taking out the very lower air intake and putting my hand up behind the bumper. I don't know if this is possible on an A3 though.
