Mollox Posted July 20, 2005 Report Share Posted July 20, 2005 I had one They were called that way on the continent and have been since the MKIII 110bhp GT TDi (which we didn't get in the uk either). I don't know if technically the UK models were just called TDi but mine was officially a GT TDi (Highline) Of course the badges never said that so its clearly been chavved up. A guy who I work with had an RHD Mk4 Golf badged GT TDI which he bought and imported from Holland, because it was that much cheaper!
