I test drove the SMG coupe. It is an incredible car and possibly the best i have ever driven.....

You may find the whole experiance slightly famillure compared to the R32, they both sound simmiar and steering is close.

The differnace is how the car revs, this may be differant with the AMD conversion but the standard car seed to give a bolt of torque early down in the rev range, then not appear again till 2.5-3k rpm. In the M3 it just pulls slowly all the way through the rev range.

Cal mate if you do decide to go for the M3 then would you think about setting your ecu back to normal, putting the old exhaust back on, then selling the Miltak to me grin.gifwink.gifgrin.gif

Dont worry i am just being seriously cheeky now, enjoy your ride tomorrw, there is not way you will be disapointed beerchug.gif

No wife to pimp !!

Anyway what can I say - wow. Not that much quicker than my R32 but a completely different drive. The details of the car are as follows:

2002(02) - 11,000 miles.

Estoril Blue - Ecru soft nappa leather- black special order trim, Pro Sat Nav + TV, Harman Kardon Hi-Fi, heated seats, electric folding mirrors, Grad tint screen and tinted windows, full phone kit, front centre arm rest. I think the phrase is "fully loaded". I am seriously tempted if I can get a decent price for my R32. What do you guys reckon - the previuos owner paid over £48k for it ooo.gifooo.gif

Would you go for it ???
