Be a bit more subtle - say you are very shy and live off a small inheritance and love giving to charity and she will be dribbling at the thought . I do understand what you mean about meeting people - I don't like all the bars and clubs that many English men seem to rely on, probably because i don't drink very much (although I always have to have champagne on my birthday or at Christmas! Oh and on my Mum's birthday!). I am looking for someone I can talk to and laugh with, and I am a bit fed up rattling around in the house I own at the moment - its gorgeous and I am happy here but need someone to fill the rooms. However, the reality is that this is most likely some sweaty nigerian student trying to wipe you out and as amusing as it may be, Tyresmoke urge you to stop wasting your valuable time on this enterprise and refer you back to the "Pulling Girls" thread. There's a lot of advice there you need to act on - get cracking! This one is about as useful in getting your leg over as a bag of earwigs. Focus! Its Thursday night, student night! You should be out there, practicing your moves (wax on, wax off), doing the audacity thing etc Tomorrow is Friday night, prime hunting grounds young jedi...and then you have Saturday - the big one! The novotel is very good, and the ostoya is good too. search on google, and if you need any help with a rough polish translation just ask. any branded name should be good.
