Its down to what CD you have got, and also if you have the later of the two units (firmware iirc) to be honest, i still find the street/intersection more accurate post code can only be entered up to the first digit of second bank, ie AB1 1 so is not that accurate. If you have the right version/right cd, you just enter postcode instead of city/town Same for house numbers they are in blocks so not that useful.
