Mollox
Win XP Professional: I've stopped a few non-essential processes from firing up on startup by disabling them in the startup tab via msconfig.... Since then, when I start up I get the following alert What I don't get is, what do I need to do to get the PC back into "Normal Mode"? Returning to MSconfig, I get the 3 choices below: Choosing Normal would seem to be the right one but then it says "Load all devices and drivers" which then rechecks the processes I have unchecked Is it "Selective Startup" that I want? Thanks in advance
Sparky
Yes. Use Selective Startup. Failing that, tick the "Don't Show" box next time it prompts you.
