jag_xk
I suppose the new Yeti is not overly bad looking but what is it? Is it a van, an MPV, a car or bits of old skoda.
garcon magnifique
I though it was a mythical, hairy creature purported to live in the Arctic wastes?
jag_xk
Perhaps Skoda have designed the ideal car to transport mythical hairy creatures. Who knows.
garcon magnifique
I wonder if it's ever been statistically shown that most Skoda drivers have beards?
jag_xk
I would not be surprised, perhaps Octavia stands for beard in Czech and Fabia stands for pensioner. If i meet a Czech person i will be sure to consult them on the subject. More over i'm sure one of these low budget magazine would gladly take on your survey on the relationship between Skoda and beards.
boblutz
Hmmm...interesting theory...this means that Ross Brawn probably has half (and only half) of a Skoda tucked away in his garage somewhere...

Blingpanzer
Like the Italian version - the Fiat Doblo - the Yeti seems to have been designed with Postman Piotr in mind. One wonders whether a black-and-white cat will feature prominently on the options list. To add weight to your statistical data: my company lease car is a Skoda Fabia Estate (and a very competent car it is too). Whilst not possessing a full complement of facial fuzz, I do have a goatee. I'm approximately 15 years younger than the average Skoda driver though, apparently...
JamesB
My brother Esau is an hairy man but I am a smooth man. I have no idea what the average age of a Skoda driver is. I suspect I'm under it in body but about right in terms of mindset.
barrymung
[ QUOTE ] I wonder if it's ever been statistically shown that most Skoda drivers have beards? [/ QUOTE ] Yes. A University team received an EU grant of £100,000 to look into this very issue.
