If I may make a suggestion....That, though crystal clear as the first post in the thread is, might that post be even more effective if it's a separate sticky notice (locked) and that every car forum on TSN has such a notice without loads of our discussion and digression following it. I don't recall what the post wrote originally but it doesn't matter. If you lock it as a sticky with only the first post, you'll avoid the comments.
