TheEdge Posted May 4, 2006 Report Share Posted May 4, 2006 With many of us current mark 4 R owners pondering whether to upgrade to the mk5 as our warranties come closer to ending,Just viewing Autotrader lately ive noticed an R32 on a 04 plate! were many numbers produced in this last batch as i know many were produced late 2003, and maybe registered in 04 before the mk4 production halted A friend of mine came across an 04 silver R when he was on his bike and pointed this out to me as well if many were actually produced in 2004 on the production line? deep blue 3 door standard Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Rare, but understandable, esp. given the ludicrous amount of time it took VW to get them off the production line. That and some people wanting to wait until the new reg came out at the time.
